HOW TO OVERCOME TENSIONS

» Adopt a positive attitude towards life

» Do not anticipate troubles. There are some who imagine all sorts of troubles, troubles which may never come. Such persons, by anticipating troubles, keep on building up tension.

» Develop and cultivate faith

» Sit in meditation.

» Help others:  If we wish to live a healthy life, mentally, morally, spiritually, we must be concerned about the welfare of others, specially our less

» Fortunate brothers and sisters.

» The selfish person who is interested only in his own welfare is never a happy person. The happiness that we give to others comes back to us. Speak sweetly and gently to all.
